Dvd Rental Publix! This is my personal review of " free movie streaming sites" which request credit card information and boast of being streaming movies which I can assure you they aren't!
I was very surprised to find out that someone was claiming to stream my movie" Dead Hollywood Blondes" for registered users on a site called "watchallyoucan.com" .
I knew which was impossible as I had not licensed it in their mind and it is not available to public use.
So I clicked seeking the contact information in order to pass it on to my attorney as I failed to want innocent website visitors to think these were going to find out something which is not there which is called "false advertising:" As I clicked I was taken to more sites which asked the customer to enter their charge card information to be able to get use of a place where they might supposedly watch my movie!
Well, I knew it was a lie and I was confident fraud was involved.
I visited all the links with different phone numbers and they also all brought me towards the same 800 hot line with similar English accent. They are cinamuse.com, movielush, movies.com and vidcube to call just a few.
When I called to question where my attorney should send instructions the female operators informed me Canada. I shared with her they must have an agent of service in the USA. No luck there she just kept saying we're in Canada.
I then clicked on consumer reporting sites which claimed that customers were charged all different kinds of amounts like this unhappy customer I found online scamchecker.com:

On 11Th October I supplied my plastic card details to the website for the proviso that my account WILL NOT be debited without my permission. Despite their assurance my card was debited AUS $36.98 anyway, with nothing supplied in exchange. I was cheated and this website should be investigated asap and monies refunded. I am angry that many other people must have been robbed too.
(Another unhappy customer on yahoo.com's "Ask a question" website reported the same thing.)
I would want to warn you that:
1. I know for a fact that my movie isn't on these web streaming sites. When I called customer service the rep admitted it was not there since they only screen " old movies."
2. From what I can tell they ask your permission to charge your card with this " free service" and I imagine they hope you will be done with it or not notice it
3. These places have your personal credit information forever!
4. My web security warned me that the security certificate on several of the sites was not secure.
Please be extra careful when wanting to watch movies totally free.
It might cost you your security as well as perhaps even some precious dough.
I would rate these services an F for fraudulent and dubious business practices from my very own personal observation.
I would advise HULU and Netflicks. Go with someone you can be confident.
There are lots of scam artists waiting to offer you a service which just isn't all it is cracked around be.
I don't know who is behind many of these services such as cinamuse but I suspect they're pulling useless like after they pretend to screen movies in the IMDB database where they enter it on and after that only make an effort to gather your bank card data to charge it or even worse.
